Part-Time Dispatcher/CSR Position
We are seeking to fill a part-time dispatcher position for our Long Beach office

Compensation: $20-$25/hr.
Employment type: Part Time - 2 Days/Week (Monday & Friday)

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
Data Entry and processing payments and invoices in real time
General office duties

Skills Needed:

Detail Oriented
Advanced customer service skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency with computer programs (MS excel & Outlook)
Positive team player who can work independently
Caring and helpful attitude

Job Requirements:

Minimum two years office/call center experience
Bilingual a plus
